For my entire career I have been involved in creative work. I’ve done a little bit of everything. Photography, print design, identity design, web development and digital marketing.
I have worked for businesses of all sizes from Maryland to California to New York to West Virginia. Additionally, I have taught college design courses in multiple states, which were my favorite times. I love to help others learn!
I have been an employee and a business owner. I have been let go from my job with no notice (multiple times) and I have also lost very large clients as well.
A good portion of this has been done while being a faithful husband to my loving wife for 27 years and father of two girls.
It’s had its ups and downs and certainly hasn’t been easy. At times, I have felt like I have worked too hard for too little. At one point I was working three jobs to just barely make ends meet.
Not too long ago I took a look at myself and wondered “How the heck did I get here?” I’m proud of what I have achieved, but I feel like I have so far yet to go!
I created a successful business which helps e-commerce store owners scale sales, but I’m not where I want to be professionally. I truly believe I should be further along, but I suppose that being a great Dad first has set me behind just a tad.
With all the knowledge I have acquired over the years and recent success, I decided it is time for a change. I want to get back to teaching and helping others.
I have made it my mission to help others avoid the roadblocks I have come across over the years. Through sharing my success stories.
I’m just a normal guy who loves his work, loves his family, and follows the boss up above.
