Most people still don’t realize that they all have something of value to offer and they can create a business from literally nothing. Even if you already are a business owner, it’s quite simple to scale what you already have, you just need the right systems in place to do so. If you use the wrong process, it’s quite easy to burn out. Why not use a system that avoids burn out? You don’t have to sacrifice time with your family, friends and your fitness to become a successful entrepreneur.
I have helped to build thousands of businesses in my career in many different markets, and I have found that there is a better way to scale your businesses growth. After having tested this new approach to building a new business over the last 8 years, I have the results it produces. For this reason, I feel obligated to offer this information to you. The old way of building business says that you have to work hard for years sacrificing it all to hopefully make a profit so you can eventually chase your dreams. The approach that I have developed over the last several years has proven otherwise. Even if you have not perfected your offer or know what you want to sell, you can begin to build a business of your dreams in just a few hours each day. You can grow your audience, sell to that audience, and take your business to new income levels in your first year.
The first step involves building your business foundation, followed by scaling so you can create abundance. You don’t have to wait years to hit the seven figure mark and if you’re already feeling stuck I have some good news for you. Scaling is just a matter of plugging in the right process that helps you to get to the next level. With modern digital marketing practices such as using social media, email and SMS messaging, we all have the power to reach our target audience. However, if we don’t have the right belief systems in place you will never make strides in the right direction. We need to put the old ways of thinking out of our minds, so we can have room to develop new processes to create momentum in the right direction. When we do so, we generate free time so we can spend more of it with our loved ones.
I used to be great at researching new technologies, understanding their value and building new skills. However, I was not so good at implementing them into my business and struggled with the follow through part.
By the time I was in my 40s, I had worked in several different industries where I built businesses for other people to achieve their goals. I was unhappy though, because I wasn’t achieving my goals even though I was bringing home a good income. I was unhappy because I was stuck. I worked for (and with) people who were only focused on themselves and I saw how this affected the work environment. I vowed that one day if I was lucky enough to build my own successful business, that I would do so in such a way that not only allowed me to reach my goals, but also give those that worked hard for me the opportunity to reach theirs as well.
When I stepped back, I stopped chasing harder work and started designing smarter systems. I studied what made my clients succeed and realized the answer was already in my hands — a proven process I’d used to help others scale again and again. But I had never applied it to myself.
So, over time I realized I needed to invest in myself. I need to hire those that have been through similar experiences to help fast track me in the right direction. In 2024, when I was at a mastermind event in Tampa, I experienced a moment that changed everything. Sitting in a mentor’s workshop, I finally saw the disconnect: I was teaching transformation, not living it.
That night when I returned to my room, I opened my notebook and wrote one question that changed my trajectory: “What if I built my business using the exact system that grew my customers?”
The answer became The Revenue Roadmap Program — a focused five-step process for attracting customers, scaling profitably, and reclaiming time. It’s built around what I now call The Five Freedom Moves:

I realized you don’t have to sacrifice the things that mean the most to you. You do not have to live a life feeling stuck and not achieving your goals and you definitely don’t have to do so making others feel that way. The last thing I wanted to do was to remove myself from a situation that made me unhappy and put others into that same place. I was going to build systems that not only allowed me to achieve my goals in life, but those that worked hard for me to do the same.
We all could have time for our loved ones. You can have time to do the things you enjoy. You can create the desired income situation you desire. You can do all the things you want in life, but you can only do so with a change in your belief system first.
Many business owners sacrifice too much to be successful. In the end, if they achieve their goals, they might lose things in life that are precious to them in doing so. This is not the life I desire, I’ve always tried to maintain a balance. There will be sacrifices, but they can be good sacrifices to achieve the outcomes you desire. There are non-negotiable sacrifices that will have to be in play. When you put the right ones into your daily flow, you will begin to see progress in the direction you are wanting to go.
